Refund Policy.
1. Overview
At CCETSCHOOLS, we are committed to providing high-quality software and services to educational institutions. Because our services are digital and provide immediate access to our ecosystem, we have established the following refund policy.
2. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new institutional subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 7 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund.
After the initial 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable. This includes termly and sessional subscription renewals.
3. Wallet Funds
Funds deposited into your school wallet for SMS units, portal fees, or other micro-services are non-refundable. These credits do not expire and can be used at any time for platform services.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to the platform until the end of your current billing period (term or session). No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

To request a refund within the 7-day window, please contact our billing department at billing@ccetschools.com with your school name and payment receipt.
